John Morgan founded Morgan Lovell in 1977 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Sindall PLC from 1994 to February 18, 2003, successfully turning a start-up business into a £1.2bn turnover listed plc. He served as Director of Genetix Group PLC until August 4, 2008 and as Interim Chairman at Newfound NV since September 2008.

He has a wealth of experience in the property sector and as a developer of successful businesses.
